Que aqui, todo esta peoooor! This man needs no introduction; he’s one of the most beloved figures in the Mexican rock scene of the 2000s. His time as the frontman of Panda marked an entire generation of kids who are still wondering why “Los Malaventurados No Lloran.” Pepe or Jose Madero, as he’s now being billed as a solo act, spent some of his first moments as a solo act trying to get fans into his new music. These days, though, he leans more into the past, and that’s what you’re probably going to want to hear if you make your way to the Marquee Theatre in Tempe come Friday, November 6th.
Right now, you can find spots at around $87 for the main floor area. That’s the price when you factor in the 15% discount that you’re going to be credited if you click the “Buy Tickets” link on this page. If you were an Emo kid growing up in Mexico or Mexican culture in the 2000s, this is a show that you can’t afford to miss.

What a Pepe Madero Concert at the Marquee Theatre is Gonna Look Like
There’s likely going to be a mosh pit or as we’d say in Mexico el slam, building up right next to the stage! It’s a night to truly step back in time. If you still have those Panda t-shirts and they fit by some miracle, it’s a perfect moment to dust them off and wear them! The rock vibes that he brings to the stage are what you remember. There might be some moments when he tries to push tracks from his solo work “Canciones Miseras.”
You might want to give that record a listen before you come out here. That way you’re going to be able to sing along to anything that he brings to the stage. Plural Siendo Singular is by far the most popular song from his solo career. Expect that one to be on display alongside the Panda songs. Other than that, it’s a bunch of punk rock and emo kids having a blast!
Where To Be Inside the Marquee Theatre for This One
Should you be bringing your “Muñeca” to this concert? It’s a general admission setup at this one! If you think that things are going to get wild and you’re going to have to push and shove to get to the front of the stage, you’re probably right. We’d say just be ready for that plan; arrive early! If you want to experience the concert but you don’t want to be mixed in with too many people, then maybe a spot in the balcony could work out for you. Keep in mind that the section is also general admission, so you gotta claim a spot!
